The Answer the Call uses every person’s mainstay device, the smartphone, to suggest that patients are reaching out directly to express the urgent need for plasma donations. The message is primarily delivered symbolically using familiar smartphone UI design like incoming call screens and notifications.
The campaign includes OTT, social, display and email using vivid gradients, live action footage and samples from Grifols music score as ringtones and notification sounds.
